Scarpa’s most recent incarnation on the Ribelle Tech, the Ribelle Tech 2.0 HD is a state-of-the-art representation of a boot that excels in quick accents and challenging terrain.
The Ribelle Tech 2.0 HD is a higher-performing, more supportive evolution of mountaineering boot, offering increased insulation and warmth, thanks to its use of mapped Primaloft. Its revised sock-fit construction and newly added overlapping lace system assure a cleaner construction and enhanced fit.
The Scarpa Ribelle Tech 2.0 HD excels in even the dampest conditions, thanks to its HDry lining, where thermic insulation lining is divided into two parts: the front part in Primaloft Gold Insulation 200 g/m2 the heel and ankle part in Primaloft® Silver Yarn to increase the insulation on the toe. This highly waterproof and breathable lining is laminated to the upper inner side guaranteeing complete waterproofing and absolute protection.
The Ribelle Tech’s engineered elastic gaiter constructed of knit technology; the Sock-Fit Plus KN, allows Scarpa to obtain a single piece gaiter and upper, without the need of stitching. This knitted upper boasts microtech support and protection guaranteeing superb wrapping of the foot. This results in the Ribelle’s sock-like feel, providing ultimate lightness, precision, and total-support to the ankle.
Finally, an Asymmetric Overlap Lacing System is divided into two zones in the external part there are plastic lace loops that allow a fast sliding of the lace; in the inner part, eyelets are inserted in the closing flap (overlap) to increase wrapping and protection.
