An icon for over three-decades, the Manta Tech GTX is a multi-award winning model, that for generations has sat pride of place as the benchmark in 4 -season mountaineering boots. The new version of the Manta Tech GTX represents the 7th incarnation in a long line of market leading excellence.
With a base of the proven and well-regarded FT last, the Manta Tech GTX offers a unique fit and cushioned feel, alongside underfoot assurance, that is maintained with the outstanding Vibram Mulaz S sole unit, providing stability, durability and reliability.
The key changes with this season’s version focus on the Manta Tech GTX;s upper. Lines have been finessed, reducing stitching and materials facilitating the updated cosmetics, whilst maintaining a perfect flexation/support balance in the cuff area. The use of a larger heel pull tab facilitates easier access in and out of the boot, especially when wearing a glove. A partial TPU rand has helped with the optics, whilst reducing weight. The Manta Tech GTX boasts higher insulation properties than its pre-decessors, GORE-TEX® Insulated Comfort allows the boot to perform at higher altitdues and in colder conditions thatn ever before.
